Policies
General Company Policies
1. Enrollment and Registration
- First Come, First Served: Class enrollment is based on a first come, first served basis, determined by the date of receipt of tuition fee payment.
- Teacher Assignments: Class teacher assignments are at the sole discretion of management and are made at the beginning of each semester. We are unable to accommodate specific teacher requests.
- Minimum Enrollment Requirement: A minimum of two students is required for each group class. If the minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class offering. Every effort will be made to accommodate your second or third choice of day and time.
- Accompanying Students: One parent or designated guardian must accompany students under the age of 11 to each group lesson. We reserve the right to require parent participation for students over 11 years of age if deemed necessary by the teacher.
2. Payment Policies
- Tuition Fees: All tuition fees are due upon registration.
- Payment Methods (Online): We accept Credit Cards and SOFORT Debit for online registration. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed.
- Payment Methods (In-Person): We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bankomat, or cash for tuition payments made at our office.
- No Refund Policy: NO TUITION FEE REFUNDS will be issued after your child is registered or for any unattended classes. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. FAGG Regulation and Right of Cancellation
- FAGG Regulation (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act): The FAGG regulation does not apply to the enrollment of our semester program, which is held on our premises. By choosing to register and pay online, you acknowledge that this form of registration is offered solely for your convenience to avoid having to come to the premises for enrollment.
- Waiver of 14-Day Right of Cancellation: By completing the online registration and payment, you agree that the 14-day right of cancellation under FAGG does not apply to this program. The program is provided in-person, and the registration is final once confirmed.
4. Class Policies
- Government Shutdown Contingency: In the case of a government shutdown, all classes will be converted into online classes. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for missed classes due to such a change.
- Annual Tuition Review: Tuition fees are reviewed annually and may be increased to reflect inflation.

- Classroom Etiquette:
- No photography or video recording of lessons.
- No food or drink in the classroom.
- Mobile phones must be turned to silent and not used during lessons.
- No other children can accompany the student to class. Only parents or designated guardians are allowed.
